Quality Engineers opportunity with this large, successful aerospace Precision engineering, sheet metal and fabrications organisation. Working in a AS9100 environment you will be part of team involved in all aspects of quality assurance ensuring compliance to standards and approvals are maintained. A good understanding of Root cause corrective action (RCCA) is required.
Duties include:
Quality investigations and reports, Root cause analysis and corrective actions
Quality audits (AS9100) schedule including liaising with external auditors. (Any NADCAP auditing experience would be beneficial)
Working with production to resolve quality related issues.
Liaising with customers over quality and technical queries.
Supplier quality control
Scrap & efficiency monitoring & reporting
Quality records upkeep including controlling of stamps, stamp register and training records
