Location: Bishops Stortford
Salary: 35,000 - 50,000 (DOE) + Benefits Package
Emtech is partnering with a dynamic and growing Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy in Bishops Stortford, looking to expand their Structural Engineering team. We are seeking Structural Engineers or Senior Structural Engineers with UK-based experience in residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to projects from initial concept to completion, developing a client-focused and commercial mindset.
- Work on building structures across multiple materials, including reinforced concrete, structural steelwork, masonry, and timber.
- Utilize 2D/3D structural design software, including Tekla and TEDDS.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and liaise with clients, architects, and contractors.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree: BEng or MEng in Civil/Structural Engineering or Engineering Design
- Professional Membership: Graduate member of IStructE/ICE
- Experience: 2+ years in an engineering consultancy (preferred)
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of structural engineering for building structures
- Software Skills: Familiarity with 3D/2D structural design tools
- Attitude: A proactive mindset, eagerness to take responsibility, and a genuine passion for structural engineering
