Architectural Technician Job Overview- Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and presentations using AutoCAD
- Work directly with clients to understand project requirements and translate these into high-quality technical plans
- Source materials, manage supplier relationships, and conduct site visits to ensure project milestones are met, maintaining quality and budget alignment
- Ensure all design and construction processes align with UK building regulations and industry standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)
- Valid UK driving license (essential)
- Strong capability to manage multiple projects and collaborate within a team
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- £45,000 - £55,000 salary, based on experience
