- Hybrid working on a 3/2 basis
- 9-5 with one hour for lunch
- Lovely modern offices
- Support Territory Managers with day to day tasks, including but not limited to;
- Quotations
- Updating of customer price lists
- Maintenance of CRM contacts and details
- Sample requests
- Documentation and promotional material provision to customers
- Opportunity pipeline updates
- Run product costings when required to enable generation of prices for quotations
- Be a first port of call for customer enquiries if the Territory Manager is travelling or in customer meetings
- Liaise with Customer Care on customer order issues
- Assistance with data collection for monthly reporting
- Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities as required to support the sales team and business objectives.
