Auto Electrician / Auto Technician
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 PA - Depending on experience

Leading provider of cutting-edge solutions in the vehicle lighting solutions sector is currently seeking an Auto Electrician / Auto Technician.
Your duties will be split between being based in the office and visiting customers across the UK
When based in the office you will provide top-notch technical support including specifying products for customers, designing lighting kits, repairing trailers, addressing warranty issues and conducting training sessions.
When on the road, visiting customers, you will be focusing on electro-mechanical fault finding, troubleshoot and fix product issues at customer locations across the UK.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge from within the automobile sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed.
Training will be provided.
Requirements:
- Experience working as an Auto Electrician / Technician.
- Be able to read electrical wiring plans and fitting instructions.
- Experience in providing technical support by phone, email, chat.
- Experience / knowledge of installing electrical components or telematics in commercial motor vehicles.
- Proven experience in on-the-road service and client interaction.
- Strong electro-mechanical fault-finding skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and resolve issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid full UK driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
