You will play a crucial role in supporting our client's FBS Operations by ensuring the accurate distribution of orders and the efficient receipt of materials. Duties:
- ?? Pull material from internal software systems with accuracy.
- ?? Pick and pack client orders to ensure timely delivery.
- ?? Book courier transport for efficient shipment of orders.
- ?? Complete GMP paperwork accurately and on time.
- ?? Receive deliveries of biological samples and record them in the relevant software system.
- ?? Reconcile and maintain inventory to ensure accuracy against client documentation and internal software.
- ??? Dispose of materials as required.
- ?? Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure quality control.
- ?? Comply with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) regulations.
- �? Uphold compliance with regulatory agencies such as MHRA (GMP), HTA, HFEA, and ISO 9001-2008 accreditation.
- ?? Ensure all job-related paperwork is accurate, error-free, and completed in real-time as per SOPs.
- ?? Demonstrate professionalism and appropriate behaviour on the job or at company events.
- ?? Perform client-specific tasks, including responding to emails promptly.
- ?? Work in a repository environment with hazardous materials, marked temperature changes, and biological agents.
Requirements:
- High attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Ability to follow procedures and comply with regulations.
- Strong organisational skills to maintain inventory and manage paperwork.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Adherence to safety protocols and the ability to work with hazardous materials.
