Warehouse Operative - Biotechnology

Summary:

Join our team as an Operations Technician in Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire! You will play a crucial role in supporting our client's FBS Operations by ensuring the accurate distribution of orders and the efficient receipt of materials. If you enjoy working in a dynamic biotechnology industry and are passionate about research, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Duties:

  • ?? Pull material from internal software systems with accuracy.
  • ?? Pick and pack client orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • ?? Book courier transport for efficient shipment of orders.
  • ?? Complete GMP paperwork accurately and on time.
  • ?? Receive deliveries of biological samples and record them in the relevant software system.
  • ?? Reconcile and maintain inventory to ensure accuracy against client documentation and internal software.
  • ??? Dispose of materials as required.
  • ?? Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure quality control.
  • ?? Comply with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) regulations.
  • �? Uphold compliance with regulatory agencies such as MHRA (GMP), HTA, HFEA, and ISO 9001-2008 accreditation.
  • ?? Ensure all job-related paperwork is accurate, error-free, and completed in real-time as per SOPs.
  • ?? Demonstrate professionalism and appropriate behaviour on the job or at company events.
  • ?? Perform client-specific tasks, including responding to emails promptly.
  • ?? Work in a repository environment with hazardous materials, marked temperature changes, and biological agents.

Requirements:
