- A dynamic venue with plans to expand its operation, is on the lookout for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen as they transition to a full 7-day operation.
- A buzzing restaurant will be open daily from 12pm to 10pm, serving delicious, mouthwatering dishes with an American Smokehouse concept.
- On Friday's & Saturday's the venue turns into a lively nightlife destination.
What We Would LOVE From You:
- Seeking a Head Chef who is highly experienced, with a deep understanding of financial management, food costing, and creating exceptional dishes with a focus on smokehouse-style cooking.
- You'll be responsible for managing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, maintaining margin control, and leading a small but talented team.
- A strong leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and manage a small team.
- A passion for creating unique, flavourful dishes that will delight customers.
