This role is crucial for targeting new business and managing account activities, specializing in the introduction and sales of a brand-new product. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for growth and development, with a guaranteed bonus for the first 6 months to kickstart your success and an unlimited On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Develop new business through direct phone sales, focusing on our brand new pharmaceutical product.
- Reactivate and expand relationships with dormant accounts.
- Handle customer queries and ensure all enquiries are managed promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and adhere to quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Telesales experience preferred.
- High level of customer service skills essential.
- Ability to create needs and opportunities and to think on one’s feet.
- Experience working towards targets and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive and hardworking with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
