- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and closing deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
- Attend face-to-face meetings with prospects (3 days per week on the road).
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to drive revenue growth.
- Proven experience in business development or sales
- A natural hunter – proactive, self-motivated and results-driven
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Maturity and gravitas to deal with senior professionals
- Ability to work autonomously with a strategic mindset
- A full UK driving license
- Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
- Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
