Customer Success Manager Role

Leading company with continued growth have a new opportunity for an organised and self-motivated Customer Success Manager to join their team based in their stunning offices in the Bishops Stortford area.

The "Customer Success" role

The ideal candidate will have a focus on customer relationships.

Maintaining relationships with returning customers,

Ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Communicate with returning customers, understand their needs, provide solutions.
  • Prepare customer quotations, then follow up to determine if the quotes are won or lost and understand the reasons why.
  • Monitor and analyse customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, business development activities, and quotation outcomes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Pro-actively seek new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.

"Customer" Success requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, account management, or business development role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
