A fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join a well-established and growing property company based in Bishops Stortford. Offering a salary of £45,000 plus excellent benefits, this office-based role is ideal for a marketing professional with experience in both digital and offline campaigns. Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the creation of digital and print marketing assets, including social media content, brochures, videos and CGIs.

• Assist in the planning and execution of campaigns for property launches, events and exhibitions.

• Manage the coordination and approval of email marketing campaigns with targeted messaging.

• Ensure digital platforms and property portals are kept updated with accurate and engaging content.

• Track campaign performance and provide regular reports on customer data and online traffic.

What Experience is Required

• Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within the property or construction sector.

• Strong ability to manage multiple projects across digital and print channels.

• Excellent communication skills and experience liaising with creative agencies and internal teams.

• Salary: £45,000 per annum
