We are recruiting and Assistant Site Manager to work on a large residential scheme on a long term, freelance basis.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the Site Manager in daily site operations, ensuring work progresses on schedule and to the required standards.

Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Monitor quality control and conduct inspections from first fix through to handover.

Coordinate site logistics and manage materials, resources, and workforce.

Maintain accurate site records and reports, using Fieldview for documentation and communication.
Requirements:

Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager, ideally from first fix to handover on residential projects.

Proficient in using Fieldview for site management.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Desirable:
-
CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification.
