Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and resolving customer queries, including complaints, delivery, and picking errors
  • Being the first point of contact for incoming calls
  • Collaborating with various departments
  • Processing orders
  • Following procedures for each task and process, including logging, processing, and progress checking inquiries
  • Handling varied department administration tasks

Essential (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience):

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Strong computer skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, occasionally pressured environment
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
  • Confident and innovative approach to work
  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
