Job Title: £21,840 (Pro Rata) + individual commission + team commission  + Bonus Location: Bishops Stortford  Hours: 20 hours a week. Core hours 9am – 1pm, with some flexibility   This is a great opportunity to join a successful business whilst working alongside a positive and energetic team that are one big family, you will be using your excellent communication and people skills to build relationships and find business opportunities. Key Responsibilities of Business Development Executive:
  • Supported by an outstanding marketing team you will identify decision makers and influencers and build relationships to find new business opportunities.
  • Book qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain and update the client database with accurate information.
  • Meet and exceed appointment-setting targets.
From a salary point of view this organisation is very generous. With a very competitive commission structure both individually and as a team.
