A local client is seeking a candidate with strong customer service skills for a showroom assistant position.
The role involves assisting in the showroom, answering phone calls for orders and inquiries, and processing payments.
Candidates should be friendly, smart, and possess excellent telephone manners, with experience in retail or sales being beneficial but not essential.
Some heavy lifting (up to 25kg) will be required, along with basic computer literacy.

JOB- Assisting in showroom- Answering telephone to take orders and product enquiries- Liaising with customers and offering advice- Processing incoming orders- Processing payments- Ensuring customers receive an outstanding service including greeting when in showroom - Adhoc warehouse duties- Year-end inventory & stock counts

CANDIDATE- Friendly, smart and helpful- Excellent telephone manner & customer service skills- Experience with purchase orders, retail, and/or sales (beneficial but not essential) - Computer literate- Some heavy lifting required (up to 25kg)
