We work with a number of manufacturers providing storage and distribution, supplying to full & short line wholesalers, pharmacies, GP surgeries and hospitals.

We currently have a opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller, to join our Finance team.


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Daily processing of customer receipts in a timely manner
  • Daily credit control for all customers
  • Daily checking of sales orders on hold contacting customers / sales team to resolve queries
  • Track any sales errors made and report these to sales management
  • Flagging any issues regarding potential bad debtors to Financial Controller
  • Weekly Aged Debtors reporting
  • Daily Bank Reconciliations
  • Filing and Banking
  • Monitor of Finance inbox and responding to customers / sales team queries
  • Dealing with customer / sales team queries by telephone
  • Providing cover for Purchase Ledger as required
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required by the Financial Controller, CEO
