We currently have a opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller, to join our Finance team.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Daily processing of customer receipts in a timely manner
- Daily credit control for all customers
- Daily checking of sales orders on hold contacting customers / sales team to resolve queries
- Track any sales errors made and report these to sales management
- Flagging any issues regarding potential bad debtors to Financial Controller
- Weekly Aged Debtors reporting
- Daily Bank Reconciliations
- Filing and Banking
- Monitor of Finance inbox and responding to customers / sales team queries
- Dealing with customer / sales team queries by telephone
- Providing cover for Purchase Ledger as required
- Any other ad hoc duties as required by the Financial Controller, CEO
