Automotive Service Advisor required in Bishop’s Stortford
up to £30,000 basic salary + OTE of £6,000
Monday to Friday, Saturday on rota
This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding Franchised Car Dealership today.
Our client represents an industry leading brand with a reliable product that is spearheaded by a dealer group that is progressive and offers industry leading benefits.
Key Responsibilities/Skills:
- Greeting customers and scheduling services
- Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
- Providing additional services including service plans
- Handling customer complaints

Ideally you will have worked within a Service Department as a Service Advisor, however if you have a proven track record of customer excellence I would like to speak with you.
