A local client is seeking a candidate for a showroom assistance role due to staff movement within the company.
The position involves answering telephone orders, liaising with customers, processing payments, and ensuring outstanding customer service in the showroom.
Candidates should possess excellent telephone manners and customer service skills, with experience in purchase orders, retail, or sales being beneficial but not essential.
Some heavy lifting of up to 25kg is required, and candidates must be friendly, smart, and helpful.
The salary for this role is competitive, and prior experience is preferred but not strictly required.

JOB
- Assisting in showroom
- Answering telephone to take orders and product enquiries
- Liaising with customers and offering advice
- Processing incoming orders
- Processing payments
- Ensuring customers receive an outstanding service including greeting when in showroom
- Adhoc warehouse duties
- Year-end inventory & stock counts

CANDIDATE
- Friendly, smart and helpful
- Excellent telephone manner & customer service skills
- Experience with purchase orders, retail, and/or sales (beneficial but not essential)
- Computer literate
- Some heavy lifting required (up to 25kg)
