Randstad is searching for a professional, imaginative teaching assistant who can raise standards and increase performance. You will assist the instructor with their teaching, aid the students with their learning, and ensure appropriate behaviour management.

Your responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant will include:

  • Support in all areas of the primary curriculum
  • Organise the classroom and learning resources and create displays to encourage a
  • positive learning environment.
  • Managing behaviour and supporting the class teacher, planning, preparing and present
  • Support in lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the class
  • Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience of all thechildren
  • Working with small groups and 1:1
  • Have a flexible approach and ability to adapt resources on the spot
  • Motivate pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentations and Maintain discipline
