ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for an experienced Water Hygiene technician to join our busy, growing team. You’ll have practical knowledge of taking water temperatures and other tasks at various and different types of properties. You’ll be visiting clients’ sites, performing visual checks and recording the relevant data.

This role is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to progress within our company.

About the job

  • Visiting sites to conduct a range of tasks on the condition of the water systems including taking water samples and temperatures.
  • Shower clean & descales.
  • CWST internal inspections.
  • CWST clean and disinfections.
  • TMV fail safe checks & servicing.
  • Expansion vessel flushing.
  • Recording the data from each site on your tablet computer or record sheets
  • Minimising disruption and inconvenience to the residents/users of the buildings visited by completing tasks in the most efficient manner and communicating effectively with the site representative.

About the successful applicant

You'll need to be self-disciplined, experienced, accountable, flexible and have a positive pro-active vision for growth both for the company and personally.

To be successful you will have:

    • A minimum of 1 years’ experience within water hygiene
    • Able to complete reports using a web based platform on a tablet computer.
    • Prepared to be hands on and a team player when required.
    • A polite individual able to communicate clearly with clients and the office-based team.
    • Smart appearance with a friendly manner.
    • The ability to work without direct supervision.
    • Full UK driving license.
    • Clean record and able to pass a DBS check
