Your new companyThis SME manufacturing company is over 40 years old and is now looking for a Group Finance Manager to join their team and lead them through continued growth. Your new role

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Prepare and present monthly management accounts, financial reports, and KPIs to senior management.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax obligations, and financial reporting standards.
Manage the annual audit/accounts process and liaise with external auditors.
Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring high levels of performance and accuracy.
Implement and improve financial systems, controls, and processes to enhance efficiency.
Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
Oversee working capital management, including credit control, supplier payments, and inventory financing.
Partner with commercial and operational teams to drive profitability and cost efficiency.
Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Experience in a similar position
Experience working within Manufacturing or Distribution
ACCA / ACA / CIMA Qualification
