Our client, a leading multinational company specialising in various markets, is seeking an Internal Sales Support to join their team. With a focus on growth and a commitment to customer satisfaction, our client offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to their continued success.
About The Job:
As an Internal Sales Support, you will play a vital role in our client's Sales Office, assisting with day-to-day administration duties and ensuring excellent customer service. Working closely with the sales team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in account management and provide support to both new and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand our client's product range
- Proactively target new and existing accounts
- Provide support and assistance to the sales team
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, and technical information
- Follow up with customers after marketing campaigns
- Introduce new products to existing customers
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 5.00pm
- Friday: 8.30am to 4.15pm
Holiday Entitlement:
- 22 days with an additional day for each year of service, up to a maximum of 25 days
