?? The Role:
- Put your powder coating expertise to the test and ensure high-quality finishes on a range of products.
- Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
- Operate powder coating machines and ensure they are properly maintained.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
�? What You Need:
- Previous experience in powder coating, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the rest of the production team.
- A passion for delivering exceptional results and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
?? What You'll Get:
- Competitive hourly rate of £14.00 per hour.
- Temporary to permanent contract, providing long-term stability and career growth opportunities.
- Full-time working pattern from 6am to 4pm, Monday to Thursday, and 6am to 2pm on Fridays.
