Senior Paraplanner, East Hertfordshire

If you are an experienced paraplanner who is looking to take the next step in their career into a more senior position, this role may be for you. The firm we work with is looking for someone who is level four qualified with paraplanning experience to help lead the in house team.
The Business
The firm has been running for over 10 years, so are an established IFA in the area. They are a whole of market firm that puts the client at the centre of everything they do, with the ultimate aim of helping their client reach their financial goals. The firm is a small to medium sized business with a couple of offices, but are headquartered in East Hertfordshire. They have lots of plans in the coming years and as part of that journey, they need an experienced paraplanner to lead the paraplanning team.
The Role
This role will see you leading the in house paraplanning team to be an efficient and supportive team. You will be carrying out standard paraplanning duties such as completing research, writing pension/investment report, occasional client contact, etc. You will also look after and co-ordinate the paraplanning Teams. This includes managing various paraplanner workloads, a range of project work, one to one meetings with paraplanners to assist with any learning goals and general management of the team.

Desired Experience
- The level four diploma in financial advice
- Experience as a paraplanner
- Either management experience or experience as a member of a paraplanning team
