We are excited to offer an opportunity for a proactive and dedicated Telesales Executive to join our client’s dynamic team in Takeley. This role is crucial for driving new business and managing account activities through direct phone sales, supporting both existing and target clients across the company. You will be working a designated patch, making this a warm desk opportunity.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage a database of existing and target customers within your designated patch.
  • Proactively maintain and grow business within these accounts.
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Process orders and generate calculated quotations for accounts.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Telesales experience preferred.
  • High level of customer service skills essential.
  • Ability to create needs and opportunities and to think on one’s feet.
  • Experience working towards targets and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
