IntroductionOur client an award winning and recognised law firm, renowned for its commitment to excellence and its people, due to continued growth, are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join the team. This is a pivotal role where you will shape the people strategy, build strong relationships, and help foster a culture of empowerment and achievement. This role will be Hybrid working from one of the main offices in Bishop's Stortford.

What Does the Role Entail?As an HR Advisor, you will manage a broad range of responsibilities, from overseeing recruitment and onboarding to providing expert guidance on HR policies and performance management. You'll play a key role in handling payroll submissions, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with family leave processes. You'll also lead programmes such as the Trainee Solicitor scheme and drive the key values while being the go-to advisor for managers and partners.Additionally, you will act as the HRIS administrator, ensuring accurate records and reporting, and manage key cultural initiatives such as the social committee and early careers programmes. With every task, you'll contribute to a people first culture that supports individual growth and organisational success.

What Skills Will You Have?To succeed in this role, you'll bring proven experience in HR, ideally within professional services, or legal services with a strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. You'll be a confident communicator who can provide clear guidance, build trust, and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with HR systems and a passion for driving engagement, inclusion, and innovation will be key to your success.
