Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and interpret HR policies and procedures, offering guidance as needed.
- Co-ordinate recruitment processes for new hires at all levels, including drafting adverts, CV selection, interviews, and employment offers.
- Manage the early careers programme, encompassing Trainee Solicitor placements, apprenticeships, and work experience opportunities.
- Oversee the renewal of employee benefits, ensuring competitiveness and relevance.
- Manage family leave in compliance with legislation, including return-to-work familiarisation.
- Coordinate the annual pay review and bonus process, including documentation and HRIS updates.
- Oversee the performance review process, providing necessary advice and guidance.
- Assist with disciplinary and grievance procedures, maintaining appropriate documentation.
- Monitor staff attendance and absences, conducting return-to-work interviews and referrals.
- Act as the HRIS administrator, ensuring records are up to date and generating management report.
