HR Advisor

Location: Bishop's Stortford (with regular travel to London)
Salary: Competitive Salary (DOE)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a growing organisation based in Bishop's Stortford. This role plays a key part in aligning people strategies with business goals, delivering tailored HR solutions, and fostering a culture that empowers individuals to perform at their best.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships across the business, supporting employees, and contributing to a high-performing and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Provide advice and support to employees and managers on HR policies and best practices
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage performance and talent development processes
  • Support employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 or above
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a similar HR role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire others
  • Ability to multitask and remain adaptable in a dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in a law firm or professional services firm would be an advantage

Working Arrangements:

This role is based at the Bishop's Stortford office, with regular travel to London required.
