HR Advisor
Location: Bishop's Stortford (with regular travel to London)
Salary: Competitive Salary (DOE)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a growing organisation based in Bishop's Stortford. This role plays a key part in aligning people strategies with business goals, delivering tailored HR solutions, and fostering a culture that empowers individuals to perform at their best.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships across the business, supporting employees, and contributing to a high-performing and supportive environment. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to handle multiple HR functions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Provide advice and support to employees and managers on HR policies and best practices
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
- Manage performance and talent development processes
- Support employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 or above
- Minimum of three years' experience in a similar HR role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire others
- Ability to multitask and remain adaptable in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in a law firm or professional services firm would be an advantage
Working Arrangements:
This role is based at the Bishop's Stortford office, with regular travel to London required.
