An opportunity for an HR Advisor has arisen due to continuous expansion of a well-established and award-winning company. The HR Advisor will support the HR team from an operational perspective and the role involves aligning people strategies with organisational goals, fostering strong team relationships, and contributing to a supportive, high-performing culture. Key responsibilities include:
  • Implementing HR policies, managing recruitment processes, and overseeing early careers programmes such as trainee schemes and apprenticeships.
  • Managing benefits renewals, family leave processes, pay reviews, performance reviews, and disciplinary/grievance procedures.
  • Handling staff attendance, absence monitoring, and occupational health referrals.
  • Acting as the system administrator for the firm’s HRIS.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD accredited (Level 5 or above) with at least three years of experience in an HR Advisor role, preferably within a professional services environment.
