IT Support Engineer required for an excellent, high-end, B2B service-based company based in Bishop’s Stortford (with a really great team!).

This particular role will initially be a 12-month contract, although there is the potential for this to become permanent.
In this role you will be working with the IT Support Team Leader to maintain the systems and equipment across multiple offices remotely and in person, while being the first point of contact for internal IT queries, user hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance.
- First response to IT issues (internal helpdesk).
- Project task lists administration and following up with developers.
- Ordering hardware/licenses as required.
- IT Maintenance/troubleshooting.
- Research and skill development when a need arises.
The successful candidate will need:
- Good level of IT hardware, software and network knowledge.
- Knowledge of corporate network structure and management would be beneficial.
- CompTIA A+ & Network (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in MS365 use & management.
- Experience in Windows 10/11 deployment, support, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience of Ubiquity ecosystem would be beneficial.
- Experience in Excel, PowerBI, MS Server OS, Android OS.
- Experience in Photoshop & Illustrator (beneficial but not essential).
- Driving licence.
- Personable and happy to help wherever is needed, being comfortable with supporting on site and with remote based staff.
- A desire for progress and innovation.
- An eye for detail.
- A willingness to learn all things IT and internal infrastructure.
- Analytical thinking.
- A positive, proactive attitude is required for this front-line role to handle the variable levels of workload.
- Clear communication and great phone and in person manners.
In return, our client will be offering a salary of £30,000 - £36,000 with some great benefits.
