Location: Offices at Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire with option for remote working after 2 weeks training period.

Hours of Work:09:00am-05:00pm (1hr unpaid break) Monday-Friday

The Company:

Hadleigh Claims Management Ltd are an established claims handling company dealing exclusively with claims on behalf of Trinity Lane Insurance.We provide a high-quality service that makes a positive difference for our client and their policyholders.

The Role:

This is full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday. You may work fully remotely after an initial training period, decide to work on a hybrid basis or be fully office based. Our aim is to be flexible with our employees.

Your role will involve the Investigating, negotiating, and settlement of a large variety of claims including:

• OIC Portal Claims
• MOJ Portal Claims
• Litigated Claims
• Fraud Claims
• Non-Portal Personal Injury Claims
• Claims with a value up to £50k

You will need

• A solid understanding of indemnity and liability
• Experience of both the OIC and MOJ Portals
• To be able to deal with litigation, fraud and non-portal personal injury claims some of which may be moderately complex.
