- Input daily conveyancing and remortgage payments
- Handle bank reconciliations and monitor statements
- Communicate with various departments regarding payments
- Process Land Registry invoices and search fees
- Assist with payments on the system and help with investigations
- Ensure accurate payment entries and final checks on completions
- Deal with returned or outdated cheques and clear ledgers
- Support the archiving and investigation processes
- Strong communication skills for liaising with multiple teams
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
