  • Input daily conveyancing and remortgage payments
  • Handle bank reconciliations and monitor statements
  • Communicate with various departments regarding payments
  • Process Land Registry invoices and search fees
  • Assist with payments on the system and help with investigations
Main DutiesYou will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and assisting with various post-completion processes.
  • Ensure accurate payment entries and final checks on completions
  • Deal with returned or outdated cheques and clear ledgers
  • Support the archiving and investigation processes
The Successful CandidateThe ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and experience in a finance or administrative role.
