In this role you will work on behalf of both employers and employees as part of the firm’s highly skilled employment law team. Covering all aspects of employment law including; settlement agreements, contracts, redundancies, discrimination, unfair dismissal, grievance hearings and tribunals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing representation at Employment Tribunals, including advocacy at preliminary hearings, pre-hearing reviews, and full hearings.
  • Advising and supporting clients on a wide range of Employment Law matters, such as redundancy and organisational change, TUPE, maternity rights, discrimination (race, sex, disability), unfair and wrongful dismissal, breach of contract, and disciplinary or grievance procedures.
  • Drafting legal documents using existing precedents and developing new templates where necessary.
  • Negotiating settlements in employment disputes, applying strong interpersonal skills along with in-depth legal knowledge and sound judgment.
