My client are renowned for their specialist Private Client team. The Team advise on the preparation of wills, wealth protection and inheritance tax planning, the administration of complex estates, inheritance, and trust services and on all elderly client matters. Their team also provides the whole range of complementary private client services to individuals, with high-quality advice in family matters, litigation, property, conveyancing, and regulatory areas.
You will provide a quality, tailored and supportive legal service to a range of clients. Proactively manage a portfolio of clients and anticipate their specific needs in Wills, Trusts Tax and Probate. You will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of client matters subject to appropriate supervision. Achieving the firm’s fee targets and assisting and enabling others in the team to do so. Managing your own time effectively to facilitate cash flow and credit-management systems, such as time recording, lock-up, cash flow, profitability and billing and using technology to enhance performance.
Enhancing the firm’s reputation and position within the community by developing a professional reputation, participating in professional and community activities to support the firm. Contribute to the firm’s general marketing initiatives by participating in firm’s marketing events including networking, seminars and writing marketing material and to assist Senior Lawyers with their caseload and develop own portfolio of clients.
