About the RoleOur client is seeking a dedicated Solicitor to join their dynamic Residential Property team in Bishop's Stortford. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career by working on high-quality property matters within a well-established and expanding firm.
Key Responsibilities- Providing legal advice on buying and selling properties, including drafting contracts, lock-out agreements, and property transfers.
- Handling re-mortgages and equity release transactions.
- Advising on shared ownership sales, purchases, and lease extensions.
While the following skills and qualifications are desirable, we encourage applications from candidates who may not meet every requirement:
- A qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with at least 2 years of PQE in residential property law.
- A commercially minded and strategic thinker who provides practical legal advice tailored to clients' needs.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
