HRGO is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations to oversee and optimise their warehouse, transport, logistics and facilities management functions. This is an incredible opportunity to become part of a highly successful commercial enterprise.
This is a pivotal role to the business, ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of their organisation while driving efficiency and excellence. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in operations management and experience working with the EU market.
Due to the office being set in a beautiful rural location a car is essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of operations including transport, logistics, warehouse management, and facilities management.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimise resource allocation.
- Lead and mentor a team of managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards across all facilities and operations.
- Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with the overall business goals.
- Analyse operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement or innovation.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and operational plans to ensure financial efficiency. Establish and maintain vendor and partner relationships to support operational excellence.
- Drive the implementation of new technologies and processes to enhance operational performance.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management
