Technical Manager (HVAC)

Salary starting at £45,000 - £55,000 + company vehicle

Mon - Fri 8-5pm

Office based role

Due to consistent growth, my client is looking to take on a Technical Manager who has experience within the HVAC and Building Services industry. Working closely with the Operations and Account Management teams.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading technical efforts
  • completing tenders, conducting contract surveys, and providing costs
  • maintenance schedules, and timelines in line with compliance standards (including SFG20)
  • assisting with small works projects
  • technical support
  • improve client relationships
  • assist account managers
  • conduct site/subcontractor audits

Key Skills Experience

  • HVAC: 2 years (required)
  • background in building services (mechanical and electrical).
  • contract management: 3 years (required)
  • Heat Network experience and knowledge desirable.
  • Experience in supervising multi disciplined maintenance workforce and overseeing the correct delivery of contractual commitments and service quality
