TEMPORARY OFFICE SALES ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking for someone with office experience to take on a full time temporary administrator position. You will be supporting a small office team that work hard but have fun. This could become a permanent contract for the right person.
Monday to Friday 08.15 - 5.00pm
£12.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Order Processing
- Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
- Liaise with the warehouse and production teams
- Ensuring completed orders are cleared for accounts processing
- Data Processing & Reporting
- Generate and assist with customer reports as requested.
- Administrative Support - manage office supplies as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance work flow efficiency and problem resolution.
