My Bishop Stortford based client is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Associate with a good technical background and commercial awareness to join their busy team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding Commercial Property team who are committed to achieving excellence. They act for a number of regional house builders in site acquisition, disposals, joint ventures, and infrastructure agreements, as well as for property investors, funders, and trading businesses in their property requirements.
The successful candidate should have previous commercial property knowledge and be a qualified solicitor with up to 3 year's PQE. They must be commercially aware, have good client care skills, a strong attention to detail, and knowledge of document and practice management systems.
They should also have proven experience in developing client relationships, business development and marketing, or have a strong desire to develop these skills. There are also excellent career development opportunities for the right candidates.
