ACR is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable Developer located on the Hertfordshire/Essex border.
The role involves overseeing surveying functions for small to phased developments, preparing construction cost estimates, and assisting with financial reporting.
Candidates must possess a BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, along with experience as a Trainee or Assistant Surveyor in the construction industry.
The position offers a highly competitive annual salary and a generous benefits package, including a pension contribution of up to 10%.

ACR have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a successful,leading and reputable Developer based on the Hertfordshire/Essex border.

Some responsibilities include:

Overseeing the full surveying function for small or phased developments (e.g., 50-100 units) from start to finish.
Preparing construction cost estimates for various design proposals during the pre-contract stage.
Assisting with monthly and periodic financial reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
Managing Costco/Matco reporting.
Aiding in the settlement of contractual disputes and claims.
Assisting with project preliminary reconciliation and forecasting.

To be considered for this role, you MUST have:

Bsc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Experience working as a Trainee/Assistant Surveyor within the construction industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
