Sonic Summary

Our client, a respected Estate Agent in the Bishop Stortford Area, is seeking a Property Manager for their expanding firm.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £35,000 along with career progression and ongoing training.
This full-time position requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in property management and excellent customer service skills.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, with one Saturday shift every four weeks.
The role involves communicating with landlords and tenants, resolving tenancy issues, and coordinating rent collection.

Our client, a highly respected Estate Agent in the Bishop Stortford Area, is looking to employ a property manager for their expanding firm. They have a strong presence in the local area and are a market-leading firm.

Day in Lieu

To be considered for the Property Manager Role you must have:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in property management
Great Customer Service Skills
Ability to multitask
Full UK Driving license

As a Property Manager, your role will include but not be limited to:

Communicating with Landlord and Tenants
Resolving any issues that may arise within the tenancy
Communicate with third party companies to complete any work required
Rent Collection
