  • Our client, a respected Estate Agent in the Bishop Stortford Area, is seeking a Property Manager for their expanding firm.
  • The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £35,000 along with career progression and ongoing training.
  • This full-time position requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in property management and excellent customer service skills.
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, with one Saturday shift every four weeks.
  • The role involves communicating with landlords and tenants, resolving tenancy issues, and coordinating rent collection.

Our client, a highly respected Estate Agent in the Bishop Stortford Area, is looking to employ a property manager for their expanding firm. They have a strong presence in the local area and are a market-leading firm. 

The successful Property Manager will be offered:

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday | 09:00– 18:00
  • Saturday’s | 1 out of 4 | 09:00 – 16:00

To be considered for the Property Manager Role you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in property management
  • Great Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Full UK Driving license

As a Property Manager, your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Communicating with Landlord and Tenants
  • Resolving any issues that may arise within the tenancy
  • Communicate with third party companies to complete any work required
  • Rent Collection
