I have a fantastic opportunity for a local client of ours...
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily liaison with tenants, landlords and contractors; dealing with questions, repairs, complaints and updates.
- Daily liaison with Lettings team regarding on-going issues
- Carrying out property inspections and writing reports of outcomes and letters to landlords and tenants
- Daily updating of specified areas of the property management database of all works
- Ensuring contractor compliance with statutory and contractual obligations
- General correspondence and reports
- Organising quotes for repair/maintenance on behalf of landlords and overseeing works
- Notifying utility companies of start and end of tenancy details
- Assisting Lettings Team with applicants, viewings etc
- Processing proposed new tenancies.
Requirements and Skills:
- Customer service orientated
- Good computer and letter writing skills
- Full driving licence and car for business use
- Smart and well presented
- Good communication skills
- Hard working
- Self motivated and organised
- Good work ethic - punctual and reliable
