We are currently recruiting for a very exciting Recruitment Consultant position, for our client based in Bishop’s Stortford, who are a data specialist recruiter for commercial and technical professionals across the UK, Europe, and United States. The company has a proven track record of helping experienced professionals within data focused markets and fast-tracking candidates careers.This role will require you to support clients, with finding professionals for their company, to help scale up their businesses, and to support candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process. The successful candidate must be motivated to succeed, reliable, confident, and be focused with ambition.Salary package and benefits for the role of Recruitment Consultant include:
- Basic £22,500 - £25,000
- OTE £35,000+
- Uncapped commission structure
- Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Friday 8.30am - 5pm
- Casual dress
- Company pension
- Parking on rotation
- Annual incentive trip to Ibiza
- Possible opportunity to work abroad (if desired)
Responsibilities for the role of Recruitment Consultant include:
- Identifying and targeting high quality candidates
- Qualifying candidates for open positions
- Sourcing and building long-term relationships with clients
- Understanding client requirements,
- Strive to always meet clients’ requirements and expectations
- Mapping client markets
- Identify potential customers
- Engaging with those potential customers to understand who would benefit from the services
- Managing the full candidate process
- Managing the overall interview process
- Facilitating the offer process
- Negotiating employment terms
- Consistently follow employment laws and regulations
The keys skills required for the role of Recruitment Consultant are:
- High level communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organised with strong administration skills
- Always open to training and developing skills
- The want to learn and improve
- Be incentivized by helping people
- Good at building relationships with colleagues, candidates and clients
- Proficient in basic IT / web-based technology systems
- Must be able to use initiative
- Ability to think on your feet is a must
