Finance Assistant Duties
Processing Expense claims
Reconciliation of credit card receipts
Raising Supplier invoices
Generating invoices
Gaining payment authorisation
Dealing with phone and email accounts queries
Digital file and account archiving
Monthly reconciliations and commission invoicing
Finance Assistant Experience desired
Previous experience in a similar role
Ability to multi task and follow tasks through
Team player with excellent customer liaison skills
IT Literate ideally CRM or accounting software
