Product Tester UI/UX Specialist
Hertfordshire (office based)
Permanent Role - £35,000-37,000 per annum
We are supporting seeking a Product Tester & UI/UX Specialist who will play a crucial role in ensuring their platform is user-friendly, intuitive, and seamless. You will work closely with the COO and development team, acting as the bridge between the technical and operational aspects of their platform.
Key Responsibilities of the Product Tester:
- Your main responsibility will be testing the new website, identifying potential issues, and ensuring the user interface (UI) is simple and effective.
- You will also contribute to wireframing and shaping the product's future development.
- Product Testing & QA: Test new features, updates, and ensure the overall functionality
- of our platform across various devices and browsers.
- UI/UX Testing: Ensure that the website's user experience (UX) is seamless, intuitive,
- and meets usability standards.
- Wireframing: Collaborate on wireframing to provide input and ensure product design
- aligns with the overall vision.
- Bug Identification & Resolution: Proactively identify bugs, inconsistencies, and areas
- for improvement, ensuring all issues are tracked and resolved in collaboration with the
- Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the COO and development team, ensuring that
- both product functionality and user experience are optimised.
Skills/Experience required for the Product Tester:
- 2+ years Product Tester UI/UX experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Fast pace/Start up enviroment experience deisred but not essential
- Experience in QA or product testing in a tech environment.
- Familiarity with wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to think from the user's perspective, and excellent
- judgement skills.
