Job Title:   Supply Chain Co-ordinatorSalary:        c. £30,000Location:    Bishops StortfordTerm:          Permanent We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join a fast-paced and established team based in Bishops Stortford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with prior supply chain experience who can take ownership of key processes, ensure timely delivery of goods, and manage stock control efficiently. Key Responsibilities for the Supply Chain Co-ordinator:Manage and oversee all Purchase Orders (POs) from creation to delivery, ensuring on-time arrivals at the warehouse.Optimise container fill for logistics efficiency.Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across systems, ensuring the business receives precise reports and updates.Track and manage back orders, circulating weekly reports to keep the business informed.Identify and troubleshoot any issues or delays, escalating where necessary to ensure timely resolution.Prepare and distribute key reports, and ensure compliance with monthly and quarterly packaging data submissions.The ideal candidate will have:Previous experience in a supply chain role.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.A proactive attitude, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly.Strong written and verbal communication skills.A keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the role.A collaborative, team-player approach, with the ability to work well with colleagues across departments.The salary for the Supply Chain Co-ordinator role: Salary:  c.£30,000Hybrid after successful completion of probationary period - 2 days from home and 3 days in the officeMonday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm If you are a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and has solid experience in supply chain management, this could be the perfect role for you.
