Profession Partners is recruiting a Technical Manager to join our client, a reputable and thriving low-rise residential developer based in Hampshire.

Duties:

  • Supervise the creation of working drawings and detailed information to ensure they are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
  • Facilitate and manage Design Team Meetings early in the development process, engaging relevant consultants.
  • Develop practical and cost-effective design solutions.
  • Offer technical guidance throughout the stages of land acquisition, planning, construction, and post-construction.
  • Analyse planning documents to ensure they meet Building Regulation standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants to distribute drawing information and set deadlines to align with procurement needs.
  • Finalise agreements on programs, detail packages, and superstructures prior to their release.
  • Verify that architectural and engineering drawings are consistent and communicate design changes as minor amendments to the Planning Department.
  • Secure NHBC approval efficiently and address any conditions to avoid project delays.
