Office Angels are partnering with a reputable company in Meadowfield and are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a permanent contract.

As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective data management, which is essential for successful project outcomes. We're seeking someone with a keen eye for detail, skilled in operating databases, Excel, and accurately inputting data. If you're an organised and detail-oriented professional, this is a fantastic opportunity to provide vital administrative support in Durham.

Key Details:

    • Permanent Contract!
    • ?? Location: Meadowfield, Durham (Free on-site parking!)
    • ?? Team Support: Work alongside a fantastic team of professionals who will support your development
    • ??? Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, some flexibility to work from home if neccessary
    • ?? Salary: £22,500 - £24,000, negotiable based on experience
    • �? Holidays: 24 days per year, increasing by 1 day per year up to 29 after 12 months of service
    • �? Annual Bonus: After one year of service, based on performance
    • ?? Pension: 6% company contribution, 6% employee salary sacrifice

Key Responsibilities:

    • Input and manage data via internal software, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the database. Regularly update the database with new information to maintain its integrity and reliability.
    • Accurately enter information received from Project Managers or site reports into the system. This includes data related to project specifications, site conditions, and testing requirements.
    • Transfer relevant data to lab and ensure that the data sent includes all necessary details for accurate analysis. Monitor the progress of testing and follow up with labs to ensure timely results.
    • Receive data results and integrate them into the project data. Ensure that results are accurately recorded and promptly communicated to the Project Manager.
    • Maintain meticulous records at each stage of the data handling process. Ensure that all data entries, schedules, and results are logged and updated in accordance with project requirements and standards.

General Administration:

    • Handle incoming phone calls and manage door access for visitors and team members. Provide a welcoming and professional front-line service.
    • Perform various general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and office organisation. Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
    • Manage the ordering and inventory of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the team. Ensure that all necessary safety gear is available and in good condition.

Qualifications and Skills:

    • ?? Experience: Previous experience in data administration or a related field preferred
    • ?? Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
    • ?? Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • ??? Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple schedules and tasks efficiently
